Staff are knowledgeable, and the exhibition is well curated. I could have spent the whole day there learning and talking about whales. Only $12.50 entrance fee and the gift shop is reasonably priced, products made in Canada/Quebec plus all proceeds go the Centre and whale research/conservation. Highly recommend!! Also, go before you go on the whale watching cruises so you can be more knowledgeable when you see the most amazing creatures in the world.
Small but very worth it! The employees are researchers themselves so they are able to answer any questions you can think of. Very interactive and good for people of all ages
Excellent audio-visual experience showcasing the life of the Marine life in the area. Definitely worth a visit!
Lots to learn in a small, beautifully situated space. The easy-to-understand, interactive displays are apropriate to all ages and levels of knowledge. The staff are super friendly and keen to answer questions and show you video clips on the tablets they carry around with them. It's an active research center, the staff are researchers, and your admission fees help fund the center.
Very knowledgeable staff that speak both English and French. My girlfriend who doesn't speak French had a great time.Tons of information about the whales of the st Laurent and other whales in general. Only 12$ per person to get in. Very reasonable. And you get to watch a 18 minute mini documentary about the whales of the st laurent.
