The only grocery store we found and it did the trick. We purchased things like snacks and items to make our own breakfast. Its a little on the slim picking side in terms of choice but it had a little pharmacy section that was well appreciated.
You can find mostly what you need in Tadoussac. Alcoholic beverages as well. The prices are a bit higher than in Montreal, but not too high.
Good selection and reasonable prices given Tadoussac is far from major metropolitan centers.

Best grocery store I've ever been to. For such a tiny town it has everything you need. The normal products might be more expensive then Walmart but they sell tons of meats, pre made meals, vegetables, and so much more for very reasonable prices and very convenient for anyone on the go. We stopped there just to pick up lunch for under 5$ for both of us. Great spot for anyone travelling in Tadoussac.
