Great food in this area. Kid friendly, decent prices and good service. Would definitely recommend.
Adequate, clean. Decent place to stay in Tadoussac.
I booked a room for 2 nights at this hotel. When I checked in my room, I found in the room there was another door to the room next door. Since I travelled only with my daughter, I felt very insecured staying in a room like this . I went to the hotel manager right away to tell him my concerns and requested a diifferent room. However, the manager said they had no more vacant room. Then I asked him to cancel my reservation. The manage refused my request and charged me for 136 Canadian Dollars for that night even though my daughter and I didn't use that room at all. I told them they didn't say a word about the extra door in their room description showed on the the Booking website. If the description had mentioned the extra door, I would not have booked the room. I also told the manager that I have been to many hotels in many countries and I have never seen a room with an extra door like this which can be dangerous. No matter how hard I tried to reason with the manager, he still refused a full cancellation and charged me for one night. And what's more outrageous was he even threw me and my daughter out of the hotel and slammed the door on my face. So, in my personal opinion, this is an awfully bad hotel.
Helpful staff, friendly welcome, nice views from our balcony and a comfortable room. A great choice whilst staying in the region.
The rooms are very nice, all of them with a nice bathroom with bathtub/shower and a nice room. We came to watch whales and it was very easy to book a tour a few houses down the street. They even have a pick up spot in front of the hotel. The staff was nice and friendly, but sometimes made some weird remarks.
