Super tour. This company does a great job welcoming its guests. There is a shuttle bus to take you from the ticket office e to the dock, even though you can walk there in 15 mins. We went on the zodiac. They give you suits to keep you dry and warm, but it is still quite windy so wear are jacket, long pants and even a hat ( today it was 8 deg plus a strong wind and it is the end of Jun). The captain of the boat provides some whale interpretation in both languages. The operator takes great pains to stay the regulation distance from the whales.

Over all a fair experience, we did see whales. Staff were friendly, price is fair for what we got. The boat is way over crowded, too many people and no place to sit / top deck had very limited seating; main floor has limited seating as they are trying to sell food and souvenirs thus half this floor is plugged with racks of clothing for sale and plastic tables.It is a long drive to get to where the boats start/end from, dress warm as it can be cold out on the water. Be prepared to elbow your way through the crowds when there is a sighting, too many people and not enough viewing space...
