Bad service and unfriendly people. I would give 0 star if possible.I would suggest to use another cruise company.
Very nice experience. Saw belugas, humpback, blue whale. Even were lucky enough to see a humpback jump out of water. Our guide was nice... Be aware the zodiac ride is not comfortable, but it the best way to get up close and see spectacular whales. It also depends on luck. I would recommend this place.
